The www.ChillArt.tv website and DVDs are provided solely for Private Use only. Any unauthorised copying, adapting, sale, hiring, lending, performance or broadcasting of the website material or DVD is illegal or any part thereof is prohibited and subject to prosecution. By using ChillArt DVDs you indicate your agreement to these terms and conditions. In no event shall ChillArt Ltd. be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss or any other damages arising from the use of this product by you or any other third party. ChillArt do not warrant that the operation of the DVD will be uninterrupted, error free, or that defects will be corrected. DVDs are produced in All Region DVD-R format.
Buying Online Before you place an order you should read the following: - Acceptance of your Order - Delivery Information - Returns Policy. These pages form part of these terms and conditions and contain important information about your order. By submitting an order through the ChillArt website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. If the Billing details for your order are the same as your Delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing details.
Acceptance of your Order
Shortly after you have placed an order with us and the payment instructions have been completed, an email will be sent to you acknowledging your order and the amount debited from your creditcard.This email is a confirmation of your order and acceptance by ChillArt to deliver it. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and ChillArt will take place when your order is despatched, unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with the Order Cancellation instructions set out below. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following: - the product you ordered being out of stock, see Product Availability - our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment - failure
to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions. Internet orders will be confirmed by email. Should you not receive confirmation within 3 business days, please contact our order line on +44 (0) 7767 496 486.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order please contact ChillArt by calling +44 (0) 7767 496 486 during office hours (10am – 6pm UK time) and returning your acknowledgement email to us stating your intention to cancel the order within 2 days of
receipt. It may not always be possible to stop an order from being despatched, as we endeavour to process orders immediately. If your order has already been despatched please return the package, without opening it, to the address printed on the label. Returns can only be accepted if the DVD is returned in its original shrink-wrapping.
Payment Methods
We accept payment by MasterCard, VISA, Delta, Maestro and Solo. Please note that ChillArt does not accept cash or cheques as payment online. Pricing
Policy Prices will be quoted in £sterling or US$ (depending on your location) during the checkout process prior to your order being charged. UK prices are inclusive of VAT. The standard handling charges include the cost of fulfillment, packaging and postage. Listed prices will be subject to change due to 'special offers' and seasonal discounts. Product Availability / Information All items are subject to availability. If any of the items you have ordered are out of stock and subject to a delay, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order.
Delivery Information
Delivery charges are based on a pre-calculated weight and delivery destination and will be quoted during the checkout process prior to your order being charged. A packaging charge of £1.00 or US1.00 (depending on your location) will be added to each delivery. Although deliveries are usually completed in a shorter time-frame, please allow up to 10-14 working days for delivery.
Import Duty and Customs Clearance
ChillArt Ltd cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any particular item orcharge import duty.The recipient is responsible for paying the duty. We cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance.
Returns Policy
We hope that you will be totally satisfied with your purchase from ChillArt. Should you wish to cancel your order, please notify us by email to info@ChillArt.tv. If your order is returned to us unopened (in it's original shrink wrapping) within 5 working days of delivery to you the cost of your order less original postage and packaging charge will be reimbursed. lf you notify us in writing or by email of your wish to cancel your order prior to our dispatching the goods, the cost of you order and the postage andpackaging charge will be reimbursed in full. Our returns policy does not effect your statutory rights in relation tofaulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Returns Instructions
By Post: please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. You must return the goods, together with their packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you to ChillArt Ltd.
